WinThe.watch is the commercial name of the prize draw platform operated by Winthe Watch Ltd (Company No. 17386923), a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales with registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. We offer verified luxury watch draws with a free entry route available for every draw. Every draw is certified by RandomDraws.com, an independent third-party random number generator.
WinThe.watch offers the following products and services to its registered users:
Each draw is operated under the laws of England and Wales and is certified by RandomDraws.com, an independent third-party random number generator. Winners are publicly announced and the watch is delivered as described in article 9 (Prize Delivery).
All payments on WinThe.watch are processed through Stripe Payments Europe Limited, a payment institution authorised and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland (registered office: 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland).

All transactions are encrypted (TLS) and processed under PCI-DSS Level 1 standards. WinThe.watch does not store, view or have access to full payment card details — all sensitive payment data is handled directly by Stripe. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and the final amount charged is the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Every draw includes a free postal entry route, described in the rules and on the page of each draw: free entries enter the same draw, receive a number from the same series and have the same chance of winning as paid entries. One free entry per person per draw. Free entries must be received before the closing date published for each draw. WinThe.watch may also periodically offer promotional draws with no purchase necessary, subject to the conditions published for each of them.
WinThe.watch offers premium draws featuring authenticated luxury watches. Users may optionally purchase entries into premium draws. Entry prices, the maximum number of entries and entry pack discounts vary per draw and are displayed clearly on each draw page prior to purchase.
Entry packs offer a percentage discount over the single-entry price, ranging from approximately 10% to 20% depending on pack size and draw. Each purchased entry is assigned to the premium draw selected at the time of purchase. Purchasing additional entries is entirely optional and never required to enter a draw.
Each draw features a specific luxury watch with a stated estimated market value. The draw closes when all available entries have been filled, or on the published draw date if earlier. Once closed, the winner is selected by RandomDraws.com in a live, publicly verifiable draw.
Winners are selected by RandomDraws.com using a certified random number generator. The draw is conducted live and recorded for transparency. Winners are notified via email and phone within 24 hours of the draw.
The winning watch is sourced and acquired within the European Union or the United Kingdom, as appropriate, on behalf of the winner by WinThe.watch. Prior to delivery, every watch undergoes a full inspection and service by an authorised Rolex service centre within the EU to guarantee authenticity and condition. Once serviced, the watch is shipped directly to the winner via fully insured express courier (DHL Express or UPS Express) to the permitted European countries and the United Kingdom. Delivery is free of charge, with no customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees for the winner. Insured express transport typically takes 24–48 hours. The total delivery time from draw to doorstep is approximately 7–10 business days, as each watch is individually inspected and serviced before dispatch.
Every watch awarded as a prize is acquired from trusted, verified dealers within the European Union. Prior to delivery, each watch is submitted to professional inspection and service. The Rolex movement, case, crown and bracelet are guaranteed authentic.
Some watches offered may include aftermarket modifications such as customised dials or other cosmetic alterations. Where this is the case, the modification will be clearly described and shown in photographs on the draw page prior to entry. By participating in any premium or free draw, the user acknowledges and accepts the watch as described.
Where available, watches will be delivered with applicable original documentation. WinThe.watch provides a 2-year service guarantee covering standard maintenance from the date of delivery.
Consumers may have statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights under the mandatory laws of their country of habitual residence. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits those rights. Where a right of withdrawal applies, its period and the conditions for exercising it are communicated before the purchase is completed. Where permitted by applicable law, the consumer may expressly request that the entry service begin immediately; if the consumer then exercises a valid withdrawal before the service has been fully performed, an amount proportionate to the service already provided may be payable.
Refund exceptions. A full refund to the original payment method will be issued in the following cases:
Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of acknowledging the refund request. Free entries are not eligible for monetary refund as no payment is made.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts. WinThe.watch reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
WinThe.watch is a promotional platform and makes no guarantees of winning. Participation is at the user's own risk. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for premium draw entries in the 12 months prior to any claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. However, this choice does not deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence. A consumer may bring proceedings before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law, including, where applicable, the courts of their own domicile. Winthe Watch Ltd may bring proceedings against a consumer only before the courts permitted by applicable consumer-jurisdiction rules.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
