Competition Rules

Last updated: March 31, 2026

This is the original English version and the legally binding document.

These rules govern all competitions conducted on WinThe.watch. By entering any competition, you agree to these rules in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

1. Entry Requirements

To enter a competition, participants must have a registered WinThe.watch account and be at least 18 years of age. No purchase is necessary. Every premium draw offers a free entry route by post, described in full on each competition page. Free entries are placed in the same draw, receive a number from the same series and carry exactly the same chance of winning as paid entries. One free entry per envelope, and one per person per competition. Residents of Germany may enter only through the free entry route and may not purchase paid entries. Entries are not accepted from countries subject to international sanctions.

2. Additional Entries

Participants may purchase additional entries for premium draws, individually or in entry packs (with discounts ranging from 8% to 20% depending on pack size). Each purchased entry provides one chance in the selected draw. Additional entries increase the probability of winning but do not guarantee it. In addition to the main prize, secondary runner-up prizes β€” such as entry credit for a future draw β€” may be awarded where stated on the draw page.

3. Competition Duration

Each competition states a published closing date and a maximum number of entries. The draw goes ahead on the published date whatever the number of entries sold, and a winner is always selected. The draw date never changes: a draw is never postponed and never brought forward. If all paid entries sell out before the closing date, sales close early β€” but the draw still takes place on the published date, and the free postal entry route closes at the same moment as paid sales: letters postmarked on or before the sell-out day still count. If entries do not sell out, letters postmarked before the published closing date are accepted.

4. Draw Process

Once a competition closes, the winner is selected using RandomDraws.com, a certified independent random number generator. The draw is:

  • Conducted live and streamed on our social media channels
  • Publicly verifiable through RandomDraws.com's certification system
  • Recorded and archived for full transparency

5. Winner Notification

The winner is contacted via email and phone within 24 hours of the draw. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, a new winner may be selected using the same random draw process.

6. Prize Description

Each competition prize is a luxury watch as described on the competition page. The estimated value stated is based on current market conditions and is provided for reference only. Every watch has been:

  • Fully authenticated with serial number verification
  • Serviced by an authorised Rolex service centre
  • Provided with official documentation and service guarantee

7. Prize Delivery

The prize is delivered via fully insured courier to the winner's address in the permitted European countries or the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are covered by WinThe.watch.

8. Prize Substitution

Prizes are not exchangeable for cash and no cash alternative is offered. In exceptional circumstances where the advertised prize becomes unavailable before the draw, WinThe.watch may offer an alternative watch of equal or greater market value, or cancel the competition and refund all paid entries in full. A winner who would rather have money than the watch may instead ask WinThe.watch to sell the timepiece on their behalf: in that case the winner receives the actual sale price achieved, less the commission stated on the competition page. This is an optional service and is never a valuation of the prize.

9. Competition Cancellation

A competition is cancelled only in exceptional circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as the advertised prize becoming unavailable before the draw or a technical failure that would prevent a fair draw. WinThe.watch does not cancel a competition because of the number of entries sold. Where a competition is cancelled, all paid entries are refunded in full to the original payment method within 14 calendar days. Free entries involve no payment and are therefore not subject to refund.

10. Fair Play

Any attempt to manipulate the draw, create fraudulent accounts, or exploit the platform will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all entries and purchases. WinThe.watch reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity.

One free entry per person. The monthly free entry is limited to one per person, regardless of how many accounts, email addresses or devices are used. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person, household member acting on their behalf, or automated system are considered a breach of these rules.

Duplicate accounts and voided entries. WinThe.watch uses automated checks (including device and network signals) to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate or fraudulent accounts are identified, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time before or after a draw, to: (a) void the affected free entries; (b) restrict or close the accounts involved; and (c) withhold a prize and select a replacement winner where a prize has been awarded to a voided entry. Paid entries are refunded where the entry is voided for reasons not attributable to the participant.

Voided numbers in the draw. Entry numbers are unique and permanent for each participant. If an entry is voided, its number is not reassigned and remains inactive. Should the certified random draw return a number corresponding to a voided or non-existent entry, that result is discarded and the draw is repeated until a valid entry is selected. Every draw, including any repeat, is recorded and verifiable through RandomDraws.com.

Verification of winners. Before any prize is released, WinThe.watch may require the winner to verify their identity, age and address by means of an official document. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within 14 days, or evidence that the winning entry breached these rules, results in forfeiture of the prize and the selection of a replacement winner.

11. Publicity

Winners may be asked to participate in promotional activities (photos, testimonials). Participation in such activities is entirely voluntary and does not affect the prize.

12. Disputes

Any disputes regarding competition results are resolved using the RandomDraws.com certification as definitive proof of the draw outcome. Further disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Consumers additionally retain the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
