These rules govern all competitions conducted on WinThe.watch. By entering any competition, you agree to these rules in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

1. Teilnahmevoraussetzungen

To enter a competition, participants must have a registered WinThe.watch account and be at least 18 years of age. Each registered user receives one free entry per competition. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

2. Zusätzliche Teilnahmen

Participants may purchase additional tickets for premium draws, individually or in multi-ticket packs (with discounts ranging from 8% to 20% depending on pack size). Each ticket equals one entry into the selected draw. Additional entries increase the probability of winning but do not guarantee it.

3. Wettbewerbsdauer

Each competition remains open until all available entries have been filled. The total number of available entries varies per competition and is determined at the time of publication. WinThe.watch reserves the right to extend the entry period if necessary.

4. Verlosungsprozess

Once a competition closes, the winner is selected using RandomDraws.com, a certified independent random number generator. The draw is:

• Conducted live and streamed on our social media channels
• Publicly verifiable through RandomDraws.com's certification system
• Recorded and archived for full transparency

5. Gewinnerbenachrichtigung

The winner is contacted via email and phone within 24 hours of the draw. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, a new winner may be selected using the same random draw process.

6. Preisbeschreibung

Each competition prize is a luxury watch as described on the competition page. The estimated value stated is based on current market conditions and is provided for reference only. Every watch has been:

• Fully authenticated with serial number verification
• Serviced by an authorised Rolex service centre
• Provided with official documentation and service guarantee

7. Preislieferung

The prize is delivered via fully insured courier to the winner's address within the EU or United Kingdom. Shipping costs are covered by WinThe.watch. Alternatively, winners may arrange collection from our offices in Andorra.

8. Preisersatz

In exceptional circumstances where the advertised prize becomes unavailable, WinThe.watch may offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value, or a cash equivalent at the winner's choice.

9. Wettbewerbsabsage

WinThe.watch reserves the right to cancel a competition at any time before the draw. In case of cancellation, all entries purchased for that competition are refunded in full to participants' accounts. Free entries are automatically reallocated to the next available competition.

10. Fairer Wettbewerb

Any attempt to manipulate the draw, create fraudulent accounts, or exploit the platform will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all entries and purchases. WinThe.watch reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity.

11. Werbung

Winners may be asked to participate in promotional activities (photos, testimonials). Participation in such activities is entirely voluntary and does not affect the prize.

12. Streitigkeiten

Any disputes regarding competition results are resolved using the RandomDraws.com certification as definitive proof of the draw outcome. Further disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Andorra.
