Is it really free to enter?
Yes. Every registered user gets one free entry per raffle, no strings attached. Credit packs are entirely optional and simply give you additional entries to increase your odds.
How is the winner chosen?
We use RandomDraws.com, the same independent third-party random number generator used by leading raffle platforms worldwide. The draw is certified, publicly verifiable, and can be watched live.
Are the watches authentic?
Every watch is fully authenticated with serial number verification and professionally serviced by a master watchmaker with over 15 years of horological experience.
Where is WinThe.watch based?
WinThe.watch is operated from Andorra, a principality in the Pyrenees. All raffles comply with applicable regulations.
What happens when a raffle is full?
Once all entries are filled, the draw is scheduled and announced. The winner is selected live using RandomDraws.com, and the result is published immediately.
How do credit packs work?
Credit packs give you additional entries beyond your free entry. Each credit is worth one additional entry in any live raffle. Credits never expire.
How will I know if I win?
Winners are contacted by email immediately after the draw. Results are also published on the website. The draw is streamed live so anyone can watch.
How is the watch delivered?
Winning watches are shipped fully insured and tracked to the winner's address. Shipping is covered by WinThe.watch worldwide.
